tbazi Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tbazi platform and all services offered on it. When you register on tbazi, open an account, or use any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

tbazi is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Age Requirement

To open and use an account on the tbazi platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request identity documents at any time to verify your age.

One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is a direct violation of tbazi policy. In such cases, tbazi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances.

Restricted Regions & Persons

Individuals who are internal officers, employees of tbazi, or their close relatives are not eligible to play on this platform.

Providing Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details you provide at registration must be complete, true, and accurate. If an account is found to have been opened with false or incorrect information, tbazi reserves the right to close that account and suspend any pending payouts at any time.

Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You must not allow any other person to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact tbazi support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, tbazi may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete. Cooperating with the verification process is an obligation for every user.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on tbazi is ৳500 (for all methods). We support the following payment methods:

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the deposit.

Any pending wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request is processed. tbazi reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal if KYC verification is not complete or if there is a suspicion of fraud.

Anti-Money Laundering

tbazi complies with international anti-money laundering policies. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions will be investigated and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Welcome Bonus

tbazi offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000

The bonus applies only once at the time of the first deposit and will be credited to an account only once.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, specific wagering requirements must be met. tbazi's current wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers, providing false information, or intentionally placing low-risk bets within the bonus window — these activities will be considered "bonus abuse". In such cases, tbazi may cancel the bonus and close the account.

Other Promotions

tbazi runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be considered supplementary to these general Terms.

VIP Tiers & Weekly Cashback

tbazi's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tiers are upgraded based on playing consistency and account activity. Cashback is automatically credited to the account at the end of each week.

Conditions for Using VIP Benefits

VIP benefits apply only to active and valid accounts. VIP benefits may be temporarily suspended due to any security issue or policy violation on the account. tbazi reserves the right to make changes to the VIP program at any time, and previously granted benefits will remain unaffected.

Activities That Are Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbazi platform:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means
• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or find vulnerabilities
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment method
• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

Exploiting Technical Errors

tbazi reserves the right to reclaim any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error or system fault. Such winnings will be considered void. If you notice an error, please notify support immediately.
